Unfortunately I cannot write anything positive about the electrolux warranty service. After a short period of using the dryer, it was not our fault that the seal of the pollen container was damaged. According to the service, this is a mechanical damage caused by the user. I wonder what we would do with this gasket, the production cost of which is probably 2 zlotys, and the cost of the service is over 60. But if we don't deserve it, no. You are ahead PLN 2, but the next equipment will definitely be of a different brand. Reading the comments on this site, I have the impression that many people will do the same. I wish you good luck and say goodbye to your products. You won't get far with treating customers in this way, and the competition, fortunately, is getting bigger ...
