Sarah Cannon Molecular Diagnostics is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I had some test results done through them and they were accurate, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time to speak to someone, and when I finally did, they weren't very friendly or helpful. Overall, I found my experience with Sarah Cannon to be mediocre.
