Betty Godwin went the extra mile a month or so ago. My salesperson got tied up in a phone call and Betty inherited me. I purchased a generator and renewed my Good Sam membership.

That s where she realized I now had 2 memberships!
(Remember she inherited me) So she said I will take care of this for you, because they have me on hold and I don t want u to wait.
.....three days later, weekend involved, she called and said she got the extra membership credited to account. Bill just came in and there it was!!!!

That s a person that really cares about her customers!!

And Justin put the generator in my car. Great place to do business.
