I want to provide honest feedback about etickets.ca. My experience with the website was average. Although the ticket prices were reasonable, the customer service was lacking. It took a while to receive a response to my queries. However, the ticket purchase process was straightforward. Overall, I would consider using etickets.ca again if they improve their customer service.
