The Bme Federal Credit Union is an average company with decent services. I joined this credit union a few months ago and overall, it has been a satisfactory experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The rates and fees are reasonable. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and response time. I would rate it as average and hope to see better services in the future.
