I just spent over an hour trying unsuccessfully to call the passport service. Between the empty ringtones, the redirects of calls that are made (cut off on the phone which clearly indicates the redirection) or even hang up on the nose so as not to have to process the call ... It has been more than a month since 'It is impossible for me to withdraw my passport which arrived at the town hall at the beginning of June, because the service does not respond, and it is only possible to go to town hall by appointment with sanitary measures. (I realized this when I went there, because obviously this information was never communicated).
I am deeply saddened to see that said passport service has been non-existent in recent weeks and is doing everything possible not to respond.
