It was quick to get in for my appointment for regular service and a couple of things under warranty. Went to pick up my vehicle and they did not change the millage sticker for my next service nor did they reset the oil life in the computer. They failed to do the inspection check sheet and did not change my wipers as per my maintenance package i bought. When asked about it they said everything was done and after speaking to someone else later on they want me to come back in and they need an hour with the vehicle. So another inconvenient appointment to have them only do the "inspection" not the maintenance. Hmmmm, really? Leaves me wondering. I am getting ready to leave town hence the oil change and maintenance and now i am scrambling to get in and do this.
I have been told by others they have the same issue with capital ford not dealing with issues brought up but because of location near my home it is convienant. I sided with capital ford up till this happened to me.
