The event planning service was satisfactory overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were a couple of miscommunications that caused some minor inconveniences. Additionally, the venue could have been better chosen, as it didn't fully meet our requirements. Nonetheless, the event was a success and we appreciate the efforts made by the company.
