I recently used Wilshire media systems for a commercial audio system installation. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but there were a few hiccups during the process. The sound quality is good, but I was expecting better. The system is working fine now, but it took longer than expected. Overall, it was an average experience. There is room for improvement.
