I've had multiple bad experiences in the 20 months I've been on their plan.

Two years in a row I've had to pay for my sons medication out of pocket because their paperwork wasn't ready until 2 weeks into the new year.

They lost record of a payment that I made. Even though I made the payment by credit card, they never applied it. This resulted in my insurance being cancelled twice. Both times I was reinstated, but had to spend HOURS dealing with multiple people who told me conflicting information. In one conversation I would be told they found the payment and would apply it, then, the next time I would be told that conversation never happened. To make matters worse, several of the customer service representatives I have talked to have been condescending to me.

If you choose this company, make sure to get everything they say in writing. Not sure that will even help. I have transcripts of cs reps telling me exact opposite things.
