I had the pleasure of participating in a cooking holiday with Convivio Rome Italian Cooking Holidays, and it was absolutely incredible. The classes were informative and engaging, and the chefs were extremely knowledgeable. The recipes we learned were traditional and authentic, and the ingredients used were top-notch. The best part was getting to enjoy the delicious meals we cooked together. I can't recommend Convivio Rome Italian Cooking Holidays enough!
