I recently had a not-so-great experience with Ichr. Although their website is easy to navigate and they have a variety of products, I found some issues with the delivery process. The package arrived late, and the customer service team was not very helpful in resolving the issue. Ichr has potential, but they need to improve their delivery and customer service.
