As a former inmate at Pennington County Jail, I can say that my experience there was not the best. The staff was often rude and unhelpful, and the conditions were less than ideal. The food was terrible and there was very little recreational activities available. Also, the facilities were quite run down and in need of repair. Overall, I would not recommend this jail to anyone.
