I spoke in person with their sales team about some signs we needed for our business. They told us the PVC signs we were looking at were great quality and should last for many years outside in the weather. Our signs lasted for less than six months. All of the holes they punched ripped out so easily we could never keep our signs held in our sign posts. When we asked about a refund or reprint their answer was, "It was an act of God". They could have cared less about the quality of their product, in my experience.
