My experience with Spotted, inc. was just average....

My experience with Spotted, inc. was just average. While the website, spotted.us, was easy to navigate and the products were decent, the customer service left something to be desired. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, I didn't feel like they were very helpful. Overall, I didn't have a terrible experience, but I wouldn't say it was anything special either.
