I had an average experience with American Consumer Panels. The company provided decent service and delivered the results that I was expecting. The testing process was smooth, and the testers were professional and knowledgeable. However, there were a few instances where communication could have been better, which slightly affected my overall experience. Nonetheless, the results were accurate, and I would consider using their services again in the future.
