I purchased some pet waste bags from Macy s in New Jersey and found that half of the rolls in the box were one sided. I wrote to the company by email and sent pictures. They quickly got back to me and mailed me a new box! I was amazed and appreciative of how quickly they responded and stood by their product! Kudos to Argento!
