As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to seek legal advice from Silva Freire Advogados. I must say that my experience with the firm was average. However, when I reached out for assistance, the response time was a bit delayed, and I had to follow up a couple of times to get a satisfactory reply. While the advice I received was helpful, I felt that the communication could have been more prompt and efficient. The firm's professionalism was evident, but I expected a slightly higher level of responsiveness. Overall, Silva Freire Advogados provided a decent service, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and timely assistance.
