Very rude and grumpy old lady with an attitude mad...

Very rude and grumpy old lady with an attitude made my decision easy: DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Called during the day to make sure I can stop by and get a new parent package with information and pricing and was told that as long as I make it there before 6:30, it is not a problem. Got there 15 mins before 6:30 and was told that they are closed and I should come another time for the package. This is after I raced to get there and had my wife meet me there. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND RUDE ATTITUDE!!!!!!
