I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Sun Toyota. I drove quite a distance to come to this dealership after having heard of the no dealer fees and because of a recommendation from a co-worker who purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Sun Toyota a year ago. It was well worth the trip! I worked with Jim McDonald and he was courteous and professional, and most of all he was honest with me. He worked with me to meet the budget I had in mind, and he gave me a fair value on my trade-in. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons or items I did not need, which I really appreciated. The financing experience was excellent. It was very easy and fast, and they were able to get me a great rate. This experience was so much better than the one I had at a dealership in my area the week before which I walked away from. I will definitely return to Jim McDonald and to Sun Toyota when I am ready for my next vehicle purchase, and I have already recommended them to a co-worker. Their new "green" building is quite impressive and you can't beat the no dealer fees!
