I've been a customer of Brightlights for several years now, and I must say, their service is average. While they do provide a decent range of products, the quality is sometimes lacking. I've had multiple issues with faulty items that needed to be returned. The customer support team isn't the most helpful, and it can be frustrating to deal with them. Overall, I would rate Brightlights as an average company.
