We didnt have remotes for AC and TV. We waited for over 2 hours to get the access to the inter connecting room. We stayed for 2 nights, paid for 1st night. On the second night I forgot to pay, at 11pm I got a call to follow up for the payment, then a security guard came, then later the lady came to our room with the security guard to ask for the payment. Very disappointed. Although the checkout date was on the next day.
