Eric Egeland got in touch with me after a pitch competition I participated in in Vermont. I'm currently developing an online platform for the performing arts called TheaterEngine. At the moment we met, TheaterEngine was a semi-functional beta and we were about to pound the pavement for some capital fundraising. With a few quick questions, Eric led me (not told me) to realize that we were about to get creamed in our investor meetings. We might not of noticed our mistakes until a lot of time, money, and missed opportunities were down the drain. Eric's background, experience, and common sense approach to the business side of a business was exactly what we needed. After working with Capacity Consulting and his team, we know we're on the right track as a business, and we have the confidence we need to go raise some money.
