Had an okay experience with Ultrasec security ltd. Their website ultrasecsecurity.com was fine but lacked some necessary information. The customer service was responsive, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The product they provided had a few issues, but they were eventually resolved. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
