During my visit to the Kansas City Zoo, I had mixed feelings. The grounds were beautiful with nice exhibits and a variety of animals to see. However, I found some areas to be crowded and lacking in signage. Additionally, the staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable when I asked questions. Overall, it was an okay experience.
