If I could give zero stars I would! The worst cust...

If I could give zero stars I would! The worst customer service I have ever received!!! I have made 4 phone calls regarding the status of a claim and over a month later still no resolution and not any closer to a resolution than before I called. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
