I went in when I was 17 at the peak of my mental health deterioration, Besides ignoring the fact that I was....mentally ill and treating me as if I was trying to get attention, they almost killed me by giving me a medication that I had an unknown allergy to and then treated me as if I was faking when I was choking on my own tongue. After they put me to sleep with Benadryl for three days straight until they could send me to the state hospital which was the most traumatic experience of my entire life. Just expect no results for any adolescent that enters as I knew children there that had been there 12-13 times. One of the many mental health facilities that needs to change.
