Contacted Wurzel on recommendation about BB supply, promptly attended conducted site survey and quoted, all good to date, then emailed and wished ot proceed, no reply, chased again then reply "your email got missed" asked some questions about service, received a reply, then email to proceed, no reply month later, emailed again and left this review at some time, hopefully someone will read this a respond! Odd for a company in the BB service cant reply to an email!
