The oldest part the White Tower, dates back to 1078 and many visitors come to see the Yeoman Warders or Beefeaters, armour and armaments, the collection of the Royal Jewels on this 12 acre site in London and Ravens. Of course there's much more to see and learn about the Tower of London which recently hosted a commemorative 100th anniversary World War I art exhibit that grew along the base of the tower walls into the moat to spectacular and meaningful effect in 2014.
