I've been utilizing The Payback Group for some time now and I must say that their service is quite average. While the website is easy to navigate and the customer service team is helpful, I feel that there is room for improvement. Some features that I would like to see added are missing, and the response time from the customer service team can be slow at times. Overall, it serves its purpose, but there are better options out there.
