Review of Hendrick Lexus Northlake

I moved from Wisconsin to Charlotte and here there...

I moved from Wisconsin to Charlotte and here there is only one lexus dealer and have went to hendrick lexus northlake. The service guy did not give me time estimate of the repair and kept me there for 3.5 hrs and so when I saw car inside not vacume . Larry from servicing said , they didnt take care and he took the car and got back after vacuumed. I asked in particular if my car is washed. Larry said , it is washed even without caring to look at it. I took it as it was washed and when I stopped at the just next gas station , I look at the car and its all dirty and mud on the wheels. I called dealer back and left voice mail and Larry didnt not even call me for courtesy. I do know who are giving them 5 stars and 4 stars. Good customer service means, not only selling cars to others, but also have good customer service after too. I am not happy going there, not sure if I will go back there, or I will go to another location.
