I had a satisfactory experience with Walter Custom Homes. While the quality of their work was decent, I expected more attention to detail. Communication could have been better, as there were some delays and misunderstandings. However, they were responsive to my concerns and made efforts to rectify the issues. Overall, I am happy with my new home, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.
