I had a mixed experience with Consumer Protection Agency. While their services were generally good, there were some areas where they could improve. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. However, the communication could have been better, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
