At the first call, after 3 minutes of waiting, the line fell. At the second, after 7 minutes of waiting, I closed myself. They should call it "Disservizio" by telephone, not "service", since it serves no purpose and only wastes time. And let's leave Wi-Fi, ridiculous, and the rest
