The Sandown group is an average company. I had an average experience with them. The service was okay, but nothing exceptional. I wouldn't say I had a great time dealing with them, but it wasn't terrible either. The staff was friendly enough, but sometimes it felt like they weren't really listening to my needs. Overall, I guess I would rate them as average.
