I had a mixed experience with Bakerindo Mitra Perkasa. The quality of their products is great, but their customer service needs improvement. They have a wide range of bakery items to choose from, and the taste is always excellent. However, on multiple occasions, I faced issues with delayed deliveries and a lack of communication from their team. I hope they can work on their customer support to provide a better experience for their customers.
