I'm disappointed to say that I had a really negative experience at this studio. My husband and I went to a 9:30 a.m. Saturday class, and when the instructor didn't show up, I volunteered to teach the class (I am certified as an RYT 200). I really enjoyed teaching the class, but as a courtesy, I would expect to be reimbursed for my class, as well as my husband's, since the teacher did not show up and I taught the class while practicing. It's been more than three weeks and I have still not been reimbursed, despite calling the studio twice and speaking to someone over the phone. It's not about the money, but the fact that the teacher did not show and the management has been so negligent in follow-through really speaks to a lack of professionalism and consideration that would never be tolerated in studios where I have previously taught and practiced. I'd advise anyone against frequenting this business.
