Great place to work and excellent customer service...

Great place to work and excellent customer service! The lady we spoke to on the phone while having our water service switched over to our new house informed us that the water bill had been over $300 for the past few months (!!!???). That phone call ended up saving us over $1000 and a lot of frustration in repairs on our new house, which we would have struggled to pay as first-time home buyers. She didn't even have to say anything at all! We are very grateful to her. Top notch pay and benefits for employees also.
