Unfortunately, I had to rate this office with one star. I was looking forward to sharing the same experience as others had mentioned within the reviews. I received a referral from my primary care physician to Dr. Ferrel to be seen for pain management remedies to treat my chronic headaches and migraines. I placed a call to the office on 8/14 and spoke with Roxana the OM. I was reassured I would be called the following day to get an appointment scheduled as an insurance verification was needed. I never received the call, so I called back. When I called back I was greeted as if I was the inconvenience by Roxana, stating that she has just been too busy today and can t help me yet because she still had to call my insurance provider but reassured that I was next on the list and would be called tomorrow. It has been three business days since my initial conversation with no follow-up calls being initiated. Given the lack of integrity, commitment to their word and overall poor new patient experience, I am no longer interested in being treated by a physician of Vibrant Healthcare. I hope that your office is able to improve this component of the business so potential patients like myself could be treated by from what sounds like wonderful providers.
