Dealership sold me a malfunctioning brand new Ram ...

Dealership sold me a malfunctioning brand new Ram truck. The vehicle has not stopped violently vibrating, and the dealership could not figure out the cause or fix. Once they communicated with Ram corporate, they stated that this issue is occurring with other brand new trucks and that a computer download would fix it. The download would not be available for a month. Once the dealership found this out, they told me I had to come pick up my malfunctioning vehicle as they would not provide me with a loaner until the vehicle could be fixed. I did not buy a brand new vehicle just so it could malfunction right off the lot. They would not provide me with a loaner until my brand new vehicle is fixed. I was basically told, "hey, we know it's malfunctioning, but that's not our problem". So now I have to continue to drive a malfunctioning vehicle that violently vibrates. Do not purchase any vehicles from this dealership.
