I recently had an experience with an insurance company and I would like to share my thoughts. Overall, the service was good, but there is still room for improvement. The website of the company, shoalsinsurancegroup.com, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, the customer support could be more responsive. It would be great if they could address customer queries in a more timely manner. Apart from that, no complaints.
