During my recent trip, I stayed at a Servihoteles s.a hotel and it was a disappointment. The room was small and outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to par. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. The location was also inconvenient, far from the main attractions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
