My experience with Precision Draperies, LLC was a bit mixed. On one hand, the quality of the drapes I ordered was excellent. They were exactly what I was looking for and really enhanced the ambiance of my home. On the other hand, the customer service was lacking. It was difficult to get a response from the company when I had questions or concerns. Overall, I would still recommend Precision Draperies, LLC for their quality products, but their customer service could use some improvement.
