I have been using Nextbook inc. products for a while now and I must say, they have an average level of quality. The products are decent and meet my basic needs. However, I do feel like there is room for improvement. The price point is reasonable, but I think they could offer more features and a better overall user experience. In terms of customer service, it has been satisfactory. Overall, an average experience with Nextbook inc. products.
