Midwest pallet is an average company. The website midwestpallet.com is quite informative and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. It took forever to get a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did, it was not very helpful. They need to improve their communication with customers. Overall, I would rate them as average.
