DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! I brought my bike in because someone tried stealing it in the south end and broke the chain in the process. The rear brake had been taken off but not broken. It was loose but could be tightened. They convinced me that the brakes were ruined (I KNOW they weren't, he put them on right in front of me when I turned it in!), the chain was broken and that a spoke has been bent, warping my rear wheel and making the breaks fit poorly. This was done a lot on the phone after I turned the bike over and I was not in position to disagree. Less than a week later, my brakes are loose, the chain clicks, and I'm out 95 dollars (20 for chain, 10 for install; 20 for brakes, 10 for install, 1 dollar for spoke, 25 FOR INSTALL??)! Not to mention that after I spent almost a hundred dollars fixing my bike, they didn't clean their work at all. Old grease, not new lube, all over my gears and new chain and grime on everything. When asked about it, they said I didn't pay for a tune up, which would be 45 bucks to blow up my tires and make it look decent.
