Bert helped us get a replacement engagement ring when the original one, which we got from an online jeweler, broke. It's really true that you get what you pay for, the online jeweler was subpar quality. The original ring broke not even a week after I received it, but well after the return period. Bert was very helpful and empathetic throughout the replacement process. I highly recommend Bert and Henne Jewelers. We will definitely get our wedding rings from them.
