Never posted a negative review and if I could give this company a maximum negative star I would, no question. I am sure everyone has not had my experience or they would not be in business and I know COVID has caused some businesses limited staff but this review can be taken all the way to the top. Meyer Rentals has the worst and most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. They seem to not care about their customers from the owners of the property to the guests. They expect you to be 100% flexible in all aspects including possible interruptions into your vacation for visitors to area you are renting but they absolutely refuse to be flexible or even honor agreements. They do not answer or return calls and when you do speak with someone you will find contradictory, untrue, and unprofessional remarks. Their reviews on Facebook shows a pattern of their poor customer service & management. I can say there is at least one employee that tries to help but when the higher level management of the company has no interest in resolving or even responding to customer complaints nothing will be accomplished.
