I was forced to use Uptake's software by an employer that had signed an agreement with them and it nearly ruined my work life. The product just didn't work or do what it said it could do. It's like a science project that had gone terribly wrong. Fortunately, after an uproar by my colleagues, my employer realized that Uptake's product isn't what they say it is. I don't know how companies get away with this. I understand the urge to market ahead of capability...but Uptake's product was not even close to functional. Buyers beware. I don't usually write reviews, but had to call this out so others don't go through what we did.
