I have been training at Ladies Individualized Fitness Training LLC for a few months now, and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. The trainers are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The workouts are challenging but tailored to my fitness level. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it!
